KR3000 Series Graphic Recorder

KR3000 series is 288×288mm size paper-less recorder with high-speed recording 0.1sec./all points, accuracy ±0.1%, colorful display, and various recording functions. Display is Easy-to-see 12.1″ LCD touch panel, so it is high in visibility and controllability. Ethernet is equipped as standard to enable application such as remote data monitoring by internet browser, FTP server/client function, and alarm report by E-mail.

• Total 22 types of multiple range input. (e.g. DC voltage, thermocouple, resistance thermometer etc.)
• Various display functions such as trend display, bar graph display, and data display.
• Operation is available by key input or touch panel input. Texts and illustration can be written on the screen with a touch pen and saved together with data.
• Continuous long term recording is available by max 8GB CF card for data recording.
• Calculation functions: arithmetic operation, comparison operation, and logical operation are used, so it is feasible to perform a specific calculation to input data, then display and record.
• Alarm output and high/low order communication are available as options. Record data of commercial PLC* can be stored in the KR3000, and also writing from the KR3000 to PLC is possible using low order communication.
• Measured data is saved in the internal memory and CF card, and it can be replayed by the KR3000. Data in the CF card can be replayed by the PC and also various analysis can be done by using dedicated Data Analysis Software ZAILA (sold separately).
• By using optional custom graphic function, graphic screen created (by KR Screen Designer sold separately) by a user can be displayed on the KR. *PLC, which can be used with the KR2000 is restricted.
