Carbon Fiber Application to Hot Press Mold Temperature control

Overview

• A hot press used to form carbon fiber materials (CFRP) for aerospace parts.
  Electric heaters and thermocouples are embedded in the metal above and below the press to control the heating.

Specifications

• Temperature control is independent of the upper metal 16 loops and the lower metal 16 loops
  program pattern control the other loop.
  (Partial temperature control is possible when combined with molding)
• process stability assessment using a graphic recorder
