System configuration

This is used to evaluate the performance of a solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) by heating the fuel cell to high temperatures and changing the temperature and humidity of the fuel gas supplied.

• Gas supply system: Various gases are mixed and supplied using a mass flow controller
• Gas humidification system: Stable supply of humidification gas (high accuracy and improved responsiveness)
• Drain system Cools high-temperature superheated steam and separates it into gas and liquid
• Electric furnace for heating SOFC, with furnace program and temperature gradient
• Holder: SOFC evaluation jig (all ceramic, high temperature spring structure)
• Electronic load device Evaluates the power generation performance of fuel cells (constant current, constant voltage, IV measurement, etc.)
• control PC Equipped with automatic operation software (condition discrimination, repetition), with various safety functions
