Plasma nitriding furnace control

Plasma nitriding

Plasma nitriding is a method of nitriding metal surfaces with N (nitrogen) ions decomposed by glow discharge in a furnace reduced to near vacuum.
A compound layer of nitrides is formed on the metal surface with the purpose of improving wear resistance, fatigue strength, and corrosion resistance.

Chino's unique control

CHINO combines control of this plasma nitriding furnace with CHINO's unique Z control to improve the responsiveness of the control temperature.
