GDP-compliant "Temperature control system for transportation and delivery"
While the Good Distribution (GDP) guidelines for medicines require temperature monitoring during transport for vehicles with temperature control, there is also an increasing demand for temperature control for deliveries that do not have a temperature control. An example of a system is an example of a
real-time wireless logger MZ series installed for each bag in delivery to record and monitor the temperature during delivery.

System Example
- The "temperature at the logistics center," "temperature during transportation," and "temperature at the branch after arrival at the branch" can be managed centrally on the head office computer.
- Even if the logger used in a logistics center or branch office is loaded onto a transport vehicle together with pharmaceuticals, the logger automatically switches the receiver to which it is connected, making it possible to continue recording and monitoring temperatures without having to change any operation.
- It is possible to monitor the temperature during transportation in real time. In addition to monitoring on a computer at the head office, the driver of the transport vehicle can check the temperature using a smartphone or tablet via Wi-Fi. It is also possible to record and monitor the transport route using GPS location information.
- If the set alarm value is exceeded, notification can be made via LED lights on the receiver and e-mail. At the same time, a computer at the head office will be notified (lamp and buzzer on application), allowing for immediate response.
