In the manufacturing process of silicon single crystals, the quality of the crystal ingot depends on accurate temperature control and understanding of the crystal position. CHINO 's "IR-CZ series" is radiation thermometer with video scope that enables the acquisition of images and temperature data in real time, helping to manufacture more uniform single crystals.
The IR-CZ series measures radiation temperature with high accuracy while display the measurement position and status of the silicon solution in the crystal growth furnace and the crystal being pulled as a video image. It is easy to select the measurement target and adjust the observation conditions, contributing to the optimization of the equipment.
