Our system connects measuring instruments and monitoring software to efficiently collect and manage important data from aluminum melting furnaces.

• Instrumentation Module SB: A modular controller that allows for flexible system configuration, space-saving, and wiring-saving. Supports programmable communication with PLCs, enabling high-speed data logging and centralized data management.
• PLC: Works with commercially available programmable controllers.
• CISAS/V4 (Acquisition and Monitoring Package System): This package system uses our recorders, loggers, controllers, and commercially available PLCs as components to acquire and monitor data from up to 5,000 tags on a PC.
