You can check a variety of data items at a glance, such as the melting furnace's instantaneous gas flow rate, air flow rate, air ratio, cumulative gas value, cumulative melt output, number of melt outputs, material input status, burner misfire status, power consumption, and temperature.
The hot water distribution record includes the date and time, temperature, person who measured, amount of hot water dispensed (kg), amount of gas used (m³), and unit gas use (m³/t), which is useful for detailed analysis.
