[Precise temperature control of the firing furnace]
We provide a system that can achieve precise temperature control and monitoring of continuous firing furnaces used in the production of multilayer ceramic capacitors and other products.

[Find out when it's time to replace your heater]
There is always a risk that operation will stop due to heater malfunction in large furnaces. Therefore, we propose a system that notifies you with an alarm when it is time to replace the heater. It is also compatible with heaters with non-linear resistance characteristic such as SiC heaters.

We will be exhibiting a "thermography" that can measure instantaneous temperatures such as flames and arc discharges (frame rate 500Hz), and can even measure through glass windows, measuring up to 2600°C.

Durability tests for electronic circuit boards involve placing the board in a temperature-controlled chamber and using multiple thermocouples. However, thermocouples often have limited measurement points and are prone to coming off during testing. Using thermal imaging (thermography) instead can clearly show the temperature distribution on the board, but it is rare to find thermal images that can withstand the effects of a temperature-controlled chamber. Therefore, we provide thermal images that can withstand temperatures up to 200°C.

[Temperature solutions for semiconductor processes]
Temperature measurement, control, and monitoring are essential in the semiconductor manufacturing process. We provide temperature solutions for each process (pre-process).

[HACCP compliant, automatic management]
When managing temperatures based on HACCP, if temperature management for each process is done by hand, the warehouse becomes bulky and it takes time to find evidence if something happens. Therefore, we provide a system that store data in the cloud the moment the temperature is measured.
[Kitchen temperature control system]
Multiple wireless temperature sensors are installed in each room, storage room, etc., and the temperature information is store in the cloud. The store data can be viewed anytime, anywhere using a computer or smartphone.

*In addition to the "Cloud" option, we also offer suggestions for those on a low budget.
