Is there an easy way to distinguish between the current DB1000 and the older model DB1000?

The current model has a model name display at the bottom of the front of the device that ends with a "B" as "DB1000B", while the old model is just "DB1000". Also, the current model display five digits for PV and SV, while the old model display four digits display
