The HN-CDA is an intrinsically safe explosion proof-structure hygrometer that has passed the certification test of the Technology Association of Industrial Safety. The detection unit uses a polymer capacitance humidity sensor development in-house. This device is composed of a detector with a built-in converter that is installed in hazardous locations, and an insulation barrier that is installed in non-hazardous locations to configuration safety, and outputs a DC 4 to 20 mA analog signal for relative humidity 0 to 100%rh.

Intrinsically safe explosion proof for measuring humidity in explosion proof environments

  • Measurement temperature: 0 to 40°C
  • Because it uses an insulation barrier system, there is no need for the "stand alone Class A installation work" that was required with the conventional Zener barrier system.
  • The sensor part is a fully interchangeable type, so only the sensor part can be replaced, making maintenance easy.
  • analog output signal is DC 4-20mA for relative humidity 0-100%rh
