The heat-resistant thermal image measurement CPA-L25HT is a thermography device that can be installed in a thermostatic chamber and has a camera body that is heat-resistant up to an environmental temperature of 150°C. It supports reliability evaluation tests of electronic components, including AEC standard * tests.
