Overview
Resistance of the heater increases with prolonged use.
By setting resistance value of the heater life in the recorder, the user can be notified when it is time to replace the heater.
It is also effective for devices such as SiC heaters, whose resistance value changes non-linearly depending on the temperature range.

- Current and voltage flowing through the heater are measured using a thyristor to calculate resistance value.
- Measure the current temperature with a controller
- Send "1" and "2" information to the recorder
- If the heater resistance value in the temperature range designate on the recorder exceeds a certain value, an alarm signal is output.
