Information about the shareholder benefits program
To express our gratitude to our shareholders for their ongoing support, we have implemented the "CHINO Premium Benefit Club" shareholder benefit program since March 2022, with the aim of further increasing the attractiveness of investing in our shares and increasing the number of shareholders who hold our shares over the medium to long term.
Under this system, shareholders who hold 300 or more shares of the Company's stock as of March 31 each year will be awarded shareholder benefit points according to the number of shares they hold. These points can be exchanged for products of their choice from over 5,000 types of benefit items, such as food, electrical appliances, experience gifts, and donations to public interest organizations, on the Chino Premium Benefit Club, a website exclusively for shareholders, according to the number of points they have accumulated.

*This is the points table after a 1:2 stock split with September 30, 2025 as the base date.
*Shareholder benefits points can be carried over to the next fiscal year (only once).
* To carry over points, you must be listed twice consecutively with the same shareholder number on the shareholder register as of the end of March of the following year, and you must hold 300 or more shares.
