The "Panel recorder FP" is recorder that can centrally manage up to 500 measurement data points. Sensors are connected to data loggers such as the FE series to take measurements, which are then transfer to the FP via Ethernet. The FP then handles the graphing and other visualization of the data.
In addition, it features automatic transfer to server after recording stops or when memory reaches its maximum size, as well as dual data storage on both the input and FP sides, ensuring complete protection against data loss.
For example, it is suitable for small to medium-sized facilities such as centralized management of heat treatment equipment and remote monitoring of pharmaceutical and food factories.
The data logger FE can input and record up to 100 points per unit. By LAN wiring multiple FEs unit and FPs through the hub, up to 500 points can be monitored with a single unit.
If the site and the installation location of the panel recorder FP are far apart, multi points data can be monitored without having to run long-distance wiring for signals such as thermocouples.
In the example below, there are numerous temperature measurement points in both Factory A and Factory B, with factory-specific equipment limited to data loggers and modular controllers. All measurement data from Factory A and Factory B can be monitored via Ethernet from each data logger and modular controller to a single panel recorder in the office. In other words, the only long-distance wiring required is LAN cable.
